Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Free Plan

The Free plan requires no payment and can be used indefinitely. No refund applies since no charge is made. You can upgrade to a paid plan at any time.

2. Paid Subscriptions

PageStrike offers three paid subscription plans: Creator ($14.99/month), Pro ($39/month), and Studio ($99/month). All paid plans are billed monthly through Stripe.

3. Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard (Billing page) or by contacting us. When you cancel:

  • Your subscription remains active until the end of your current billing period.
  • You retain access to all paid features until the period ends.
  • After the period ends, your account reverts to the Free plan.
  • Your existing launches, leads, and data are preserved — you simply lose access to paid features (AI photos, publishing, etc.).
  • No partial-month refunds are issued for the remaining days of a cancelled period.

4. Refund Policy

Within 14 days of first subscription

If you subscribed to a paid plan for the first time and are not satisfied, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial payment. This applies only to your first subscription — not to renewals or plan changes.

After 14 days

After the 14-day window, refunds are not automatically granted. However, we evaluate refund requests on a case-by-case basis for exceptional circumstances, such as:

  • Prolonged service outages that prevented you from using the platform.
  • Billing errors (duplicate charges, incorrect amounts).
  • Significant feature changes that materially reduce the value of your plan.

Non-refundable items

  • AI generation credits that have already been consumed (launches created, photos generated).
  • Partial months remaining after cancellation.
  • Plan downgrades (the difference between plans is not refunded).

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact us with:

  • Your account email address.
  • The date and amount of the charge.
  • The reason for your refund request.

We aim to process refund requests within 5 business days. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method via Stripe and may take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement.

6. Plan Changes

You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from the Billing page. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated for the remainder of your billing period. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing period.

7. Dispute Resolution

If you have a billing dispute, please contact us at billing@pagestrike.com before filing a chargeback with your bank. We are committed to resolving billing issues fairly and promptly. Filing a chargeback without contacting us first may result in account suspension.
